How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard fixtures typically ship within 2-3 business days. Oversized items, such as bathtubs or water heaters, are shipped via LTL freight and generally arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Absolutely. All faucets and potable water components sold through General Plumbing Supply meet or exceed the 'Lead-Free' requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
What should I do if my shipment arrives with missing parts?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any components are missing, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt so we can expedite the shipment of replacement parts at no additional cost.
